Improving Prospect Qualification with Text Mining

In co-operation with the Antwerp University, Lingua Franca embarked on a text analytics project to optimize prospect qualification based on e-mails from unknown prospects. In a series of workshops, the client improved its predictive score on polarity, gender and from 50 % (which is no better than flipping a coin) to over seventy percent. Where the University contributed the classifiers for the scoring algorithms, Lingua Franca provide the project management and the business analysis for this text mining project. This provided a kick start for the 20.000 FTE organization to improve on exploiting its unstructured data. pro
